I had 30 precious minutes in my hand to have a life time opportunity, and I knew I will be a fool if I let off this one. We separated into four groups of two each. Every group had a task cut out.
Alpha- me and nik
Beta- arya and abhinav
Gamma- ankit and piyush
Delta- rajat and lucky
‘Any questions guys?’ I was the head of the operations.
‘No sir.’ They all shouted. And we all smiled.
‘Then move on, everyone should be back by 7:40 pm, is that clear?’ I was a bit nervous about this whole plan.
‘Yes sir.’ Said the chorus. And everyone moved in opposite directions, towards the bathroom.
Scene 1
Alpha group
It was dark all around.
‘Hey dude, you think this will work out?’ Nik doubted as he lighted the incense sticks.
‘Put off the matchstick man, we’ll be caught, and by the way, it has to work. I have no other option.’
Cell phones can be unwanted at times; it lowers the blood pressure level and raises the anxiety level.
‘Where the hell are you? I’ve been waiting hero.’ My love, she was so cute.
‘Just 10 minutes, I’ll be right there.’
‘Your time starts….NOW!’ And she hung up.
Scene 2
Beta group
‘Common yaar, you are one lazy ass.’ Abhinav was in a hurry.
‘Chill dude, you are with the no problem guy. You light the incense I’ll, explain you the concept of no problem guy.’ The usual Arya ishtyle.
He went on and on and on about his mantra in life. Abhinav in the mean while completed the task and moved out. Smart guy.
Scene 3
Gamma group
‘Hey Piyush, can we take this bulb to our room? Don’t you think, it will add to the disco theme that we are planning?’ Ankit was ever so observing.
‘Always listen to your heart mate, take it.’ He extended his support without thinking boons and banes.
Task accomplished, and had a bonus in form of a bulb. Well done guys.

Delta group

Everyone was back by 7:38 pm, we were very precise.
‘Guys, do you think, I’ll make it?’ I badly expected a yes.
‘YES SIR.’

A deadly explosion was heard.
A guy came with a glow in his eyes and he shot- “there was a thunderous roaring sound of explosion heard at the hostel and places near about it. No casualties have been reported as of now. No group has claimed the responsibility till now and investigation is on.”
Just when he finished, BANG and BOOM. He was the only one in the room who had an expression of amazement.
He repeated again-“there was a thunderous roaring sound of explosion heard at the hostel and places near about it. No casualties have been reported as of now. THE GANG INFRONT OF ME CLAIMS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BLASTS and investigation is STILL on.” He completed and left.
It was 7:45 and I had 5 more minutes for the deadline.
